The 13th Summer
Festival of Kadampa Buddhism took place August
2004 at Manjushri
Kadampa Meditation Centre in the English Lake District.
Open to everyone, the annual Festival is an opportunity
to receive teachings and empowerments directly from the
renowned meditation master, Geshe
Kelsang Gyatso, and
to study, meditate, and practice with like-minded people
from all over the world.
This year, over 3,500 people attended,
making it the biggest Festival ever.
